  • Page 11 Printer Location Place the printer in a dust-free area within a temperature range of 50° F to 90° F (10° C to 32° C) and a relative humidity range of 10 percent to 85 percent. Humidity should be 70 percent or below at 90° F, and temperature should be 82° F or below at 85 percent humidity.

    Initial Setup at the Control Panel Enabling the Printer for Scanning The printer is enabled for scanning (if you are connected to a network), but you can not scan until scanning is set up in CentreWare IS. If you are connected via USB, you can scan to a folder on your computer, or scan into an application after you have installed the scan drivers and the Express Scan Manager utility.
