- Page 19 4.1 Ultra-HD Video The IdeaHub uses H.265 as the encoding and decoding protocol for both video and content, together with Huawei proprietary Video Motion Enhancement (VME), to deliver 1080p 30 fps video and 4K data conferencing experience. 4K delivers four times the resolution of 1080p screens, giving incredible clarity and lifelike detail to images on a larger screen.
