    The Time Defrost setting is designed for speedy thawing of frozen food and is one of the great advantages of a microwave oven. Use the Time Defrost setting to quickly thaw foods such as bread, rolls, vegetables, fruits and frozen dinners.

    Cooking by~me Time Cook I & II allows you to microwave for a preset amount of time using automatic power level 10 (High), or change power level automatically. Power level 10 (High) is recommended for most cooking, but you may change this for more flexibility.
