Use Proper Cooking Utensils Make the most of your new ceramic- top hob unit by using proper utensils of a good quality. Only pots and pans which are expressly intended for use on ceramic- top hob units may be used. Utensils must, as a minimum, cover the entire circle which represents a given burner.
