Installation Instructions ***You will need a 3-5 HP horizontal shaft gas engine of your choice. It needs to have a 3/4in. shaft tapped with a 5/16in. -24 bolt, and have a 3/16in. keyway*** 1) Place uncrated frame on flat stable surface. 2) Skip to step 7 if you have not purchased you engine yet.

4) Attach engine to frame and leave bolts loose until drive wheel has been installed. Let chain hang on clutch sprocket so when the drive wheel is installed you can put chain around wheel sprocket.

5) Attach throttle cable to carburetor. Most will have a saddle for the barrel to sit in, but some will have a clamp to pinch the wire. Adjust so no slack is in the cable.

6) Attach kill switch wires to engine. One wire goes to ground and one to the power wire for the stator. Its does not matter which one goes where.

7) Attach front spindles to kart. Tie rod arm should be on the top side and facing forward. Slide spacer into spindle and slide spindle in frame. Put the bolt from the top down and put nut on the bottom. 8) Attach rod end to the tie rod arm on the spindle with the stud on the bottom.

9) Put washers and nut on each rod end and tighten. Lock washer should sit against the nut and the flat washer will sit against the tie rod arm. Make sure to use cotter pin once the nut is tight. Refer to picture above. 10) Slide wheels onto spindles and tighten nut.

11) Attach rectangle rubber cover to the top of the chain guard and the silver metal L bracket to the bottom side. Leave bolts loose. 12) Attach chain guard to the frame and use the other bolt to attach to the frame mount above axle.

13) Slide rear wheels onto rear axle. The wheel with the sprocket goes on the left (driver) side. Make sure to put chain around wheel sprocket. Tighten both nuts and make sure to use cotter pins when the nut is tight. 14) When nut is tight and cotter pin is installed push rubber cap over the nut.

15) If engine is on unit, tighten all bolts and slide engine till the chain is snug. You should have no more than 3/8in. of play in chain. 16) With front wheels straight, install the steering wheel and tighten bolts. Make sure to use both the flat washer and the lock washer.

18) Now with a rolling chassis attach top railing to main frame but leave each bolt loose. Once all railings are on unit tighten all bolts.
