Using the oven. To avoid possible burns, place the racks in the desired position before you turn the oven on. Before you begin… The racks have stop-locks, so that when placed correctly on the supports, they will stop before coming completely out, and will not tilt. -

When broiling is finished, press the Clear/Off pad. NOTE: On some models, the lower oven is controlled with a knob. To set the oven for broiling, turn the knob to BROIL. Turn the knob to OFF when broiling is complete. -

NOTE: The convection fan will cycle on and off while cooking to best distribute hot air in the oven. The convection oven fan shuts off when the oven door is opened. DO NOT leave the door open for long periods of time while using convection cooking or you may shorten the life of the convection heating element. - Page 12 Plastic cookware that is heat-resistant to temperatures of 400°F can also be used. Using the timed features for convection cooking.
